Bookings, Prices & Extras
Simple pricing: £55 per night for friends and family and friends of both, any time of the year.
Deposit: A deposit of 30% per booking payable at the time of confirmation is required to secure your stay.
Mandatory Extras: Cleaning €65 for two people, €70 for three or more, (Regardless of how many nights booked) left in cash at the apartment on vacating.
Optional extras: Linen change €25. The cleaner will visit the apartment and put fresh linen on each of the beds being used. left in cash at the apartment on vacating

Terms & Conditions
Booking confirmation: Please do not book your flights or any other services before you have received the confirmation email from us.
Any errors made on the booking form are the responsibility of the guests making the bookings. Any costs incurred are not the responsibility of the property owners (Lloyd & Claire)
Check in is from 3pm; Check out is 10am.
Payments: The 30% deposit is due on receipt of the confirmation email, or in full if the first date of the booking is less than 14 days from the confirmation date, in which case the full balance will be due on confirmation
Deposits are refundable if the booking is cancelled more than a calendar month ahead of the first nights stay.
The Balance is due 14 days before the first day of your stay
